︎The Corrupted Game

The Corrupted Game was made as a response to the political situation in Spain since the European crisis was declared. The challenge was how to contest visually the situation taking place in my country of origin while living abroad. This body of work was the result of intervening the images of Spanish politicians from various parties as well as royal family members, who have been involved in various national corruption cases. By adding information from the court cases (eg. textual evidences, monetary figures...) their public image is literally trasnformed and corrupted making them invisible.
An iteration of this work was exhibited as part of Everything is Politics exhibition in Bristol in 2015 and self-published in a limited edition of 50 sets of postcards.
